Indian Army 10+2 TES 52 Notification 2024
The Indian Army administers the TES examinations biannually to recruit and train young individuals for Technical Officer roles within the Army. TES presents an excellent opportunity for unmarried male candidates who have completed their 10+2 education in Science and Mathematics to contribute to national service by joining the armed forces.
Successful applicants under this scheme undergo intensive 5-year training at the Indian Military Academy, including 1 year of basic training, 3 years of technical training, and 1 year of post-commission training.
Indian Army 10+2 TES 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Must be an Indian citizen, or
- Can be a Nepali subject, or
- Could be a person of Indian origin migrating from specific countries.
- Candidates from (ii) and (iii) need a certificate of eligibility from the Indian Government, except for Gorkha subjects of Nepal.
- Those needing a certificate of eligibility must attach it with their application.
Education Qualification
- Successful completion of the 10+2 examinations or equivalent, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects.
- A minimum of 60% marks in each of these subjects from a recognized board or institution.
- Additionally, applicants must have appeared for the 2024 JEE examinations.

- Minimum age: 16 and a half years
- Maximum age: 19 and a half years
