Job Description and Key Responsibilities for Coffee Board Recruitment Marketing Intern role
The individual will be primarily responsible for direct sales and digital marketing of Coffee Board’s Coffee Products. They will regularly engage in client interface and sales, including preparing sales and promotional materials such as presentations, posters, and proposals. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through open market visits, corporate/institutional engagement, and networking.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Participating on behalf of the organization in exhibitions or conferences as part of the sales initiatives.
- Developing and improving marketing plans unique to Coffee Board Coffees (generic promotion).
- Conceiving and improving existing Coffee Board marketing strategies.
- Networking with retail stores, large contractors, partner organizations, and other business stakeholders.
- Conducting marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate coffee consumption trends.
- Monitoring ongoing digital marketing campaigns and improving them based on the allocated budget.
- Monitoring coffee market trends and analyzing customer buying activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinating promotional activities of the Coffee Board and domestic events.
Sales Processes:
- Updating routine MIS and Sales Projections
